FAQS & POLICIES
PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING POLICIES
-Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.
-Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days ( This can increase during holidays large sales and/ or busy seasons. Please follow our social media pages to stay up to date with current shipping times).
-Orders will be shipped via USPS, or UPS and will include tracking and insurance (if applicable).
-Once an order has been dropped off to the shipping company, I no longer have any control over any delivery delays, etc. that may occur.
-PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. We are NOT responsible for any packages that get sent to incorrectly entered addresses. (ANY PACKAGES RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECTLY ENTERED ADDRESS WILL BE RESHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE!!)
*In the event that tracking shows delivered, but you do not have your package, it is your responsibility to contact USPS. USPS should be able to provide you with coordinates of the marked delivery. If mail theft is suspected, you will need to file a police report, as that is a federal crime.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
-We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone.
-We do NOT except refunds or exchanges for any reason.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
-If there is a problem with your order (i.e. missing items, damaged items, etc...) please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery via the contact tab or at theglitterkartel@gmail.com to resolve the matter. Anything after 48 hours will be denied.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
-Discount codes MUST be used while ordering in order for it to be applied.
-Neither discounts nor promotions can be applied to any previous purchases.
-Only ONE discount per purchase can be used (unless otherwise noted).

Any information collected will strictly be used to ship orders and/ or communicate with customers about their orders. We may contact you via your e-mail address provided to inform you of new products, sales/ discounts, promotions, or policy changes.
